Cromwell Retail Park, Wisbech
In July 2008 Cromwell Retail Park Ltd were delighted to announce that they had secured the ground
breaking, digital cinema operator, The Light Cinemas, as a further key anchor tenant for the
prestigious development at the Cromwell Retail and Leisure Park, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. This
innovative mixed use development will provide over 151,000sq.ft of open A1 retail and
leisure uses with major lettings already secured with Next, New Look, Brantano, Home Bargains, Wickes and Pets at Home. Further announcements for 3 national family restaurants will be made in early September 2008. Redevelopment of the former greyhound stadium is due to commence in autumn 2008 with completion/opening of the centre scheduled for late 2009. Again this 35 million pound scheme will be held in our investment portfolio.
