Brief
Major re-generation project delivering a new 25,000 sq ft (Net Sales) eco-foodstore on this Town Centre site, re-energising this retail centre and drawing shoppers back to Cefn Mawr. The Project will create 140 new jobs.

The Town Centre re-development will be the economic generator that will re-locate the Cefn Druids Football Club to a new purpose built and fully compliant Football Stadium

Tesco have been selected as Operator and the planning application for the Town Centre site and the re-location sites go before committee in February 2009.

The new facilities will be constructed by our in-house contracting business (J R Pickstock Ltd)
