Major re-generation project delivering a new 25,000 sq ft (Net Sales) foodstore on this Town Centre site, comprising of the Town Centre car park and two private land interests, re-energising this retail centre and drawing shoppers back to Holywell.

Tesco acquired the site and have built the store which is now trading

• Negotiating with the district valuer
