Brief
Delivery a new purpose built Games Facility on 10 acres, with a new 300 seater grandstand incorporating changing rooms, functions facilities, a new Games park with embankments and a car parking.

This new facility is being paid for by a new 25,000 sq ft (Net Sales) foodstore on their existing Town Centre site.

Sainsbury were selected as Operator and acquired our interests in January 2008. They have subsequently secured detailed planning consents for Town Centre scheme and the re-location site and are waiting to implement the scheme.

• Design of a New Highland Games facility which complies with Crieff Highland Gatherings Requirements and within a defined Budget
• Securing the appropriate re-location site
• Working in partnership with the local Community as well as liaison with National and Local Politicians.
• Making a Planning Application for the re-location site and the Town Centre re-development.
